About Us

The sublime fusion of truffle and brownie, Truffipops are elegant, all-natural yet decadent treats.

We are Chef/Instructor Mamie Nishide and Cake Decorator Cindy Ash from Gotta Eat Sweets. Our company makes regular and gluten-free Truffipops and Truffibites.  Truffipops/Truffibites are elegant, all-natural yet decadent treats.  They are perfect to give as gifts or to custom order as favors for special events.

Truffipops/Truffibites are the yummy result of the two of us meeting on a New York golf course and discovering our mutual love of baking, a similar artistic vision and a desire to develop a sweet treat that people could feel good about.  We have been inspired by the eco-friendly movement, the aesthetics of Japanese culture and the flavor palate of Europe’s finest chocolates. Indulge yourself with our Truffipops, knowing that they are a satisfyingly rich treat full of pure, natural and organic ingredients. We are proud to say that our Truffipops have no preservatives, no trans fats and no artificial colors, and the bamboo sticks we use are a renewable resource.

We make everything for our Truffipops and Truffibites (bite-sized versions of our Truffipops) from scratch, using as many organic ingredients as possible. We toast all the nuts and churn them into butters ourselves. We puree all the fruits for our fruit flavors. We lovingly create our own brittles and candied fruit rinds for the outsides of our Truffipops or Truffibites. We take extra time and care to do it this way, because we know that you deserve the very best.

Our signature pyramid shape and gorgeous all-natural colors allows our Truffipops to go anywhere in style. From the boardroom as a corporate gift, to a friend/relative as a birthday gift or to a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, or bar / bat mitzvah as an elegant favor, our gourmet truffle brownies can be customized to meet your needs. Simply tell us your color scheme or theme and we will tie your Truffipops with ribbons to complement your décor. Please call or email us to discuss custom designs, monograms, or corporate logos on your Truffipops for your special day. We can also package your Truffipops in custom boxes to coordinate with your event. 

Truffibites can also be a wonderful and fun dessert for any party for children or adults. Ask us about our Naked Bites, a fantastic party package that includes our signature Truffibites (not yet dipped in chocolate) in your choice of flavors and a chocolate fondue set. We provide everything you need to create your own finished Truffibites. Everybody gets in on the fun!
