These are large truffle brownie "cakes" in our signature pyramid shape.  We create elegant, unusual wedding and event "cakes" made entirely out of our truffle brownies.  They can be any flavor and are covered in white, dark or milk chocolate before being decorated to fit the theme/color of the event.  We usually make them in our pyramid shape (but much larger than the bites or pops) or we can also make them in any shape as per the client's request.
